Gender Pay Gap

Along with all large companies Rygor Group Limited is publishing data in respect of its Gender Pay Gap.

Rygor is committed to equal pay regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age or disability. Our highest paid workers tend to be our Sales Executives and Vehicle Technicians, which in the commercial vehicle industry are traditionally male dominated. The mean hourly pay for male employees was 14.29% (2024: 11.85%) higher than it was for female employees. This compares to a national pay gap of 4.6% higher pay for males. The median hourly pay gap was 33.83% (2024: 23.18%).

The mean bonus we pay our staff was 49.84% higher for male staff (2024: 34.09% higher for male staff). The median bonus was 9.91% higher for female staff (2024: 20% higher for female staff).

We are continually endeavour to reward our staff by sharing in our success. Bonus was paid to 30% (2024: 43%) of all male employees compared to 59% (2024: 70%) of females.

This data is based as at 30 April 2025, when we had a total of 556 (2024: 563) employees of which 114 (21%) (2024: 123 (22%)) were female and 442 (79%) (2024: 440 (78%)) were male. 

The split of employees per pay quartile was as follows which reflects the low numbers of female staff in our higher paid vehicle technician and vehicle sales departments.
