🌍 Remote/ Home based along the M4 corridor

⏰ 37.5 hours: Monday – Friday (flexibility required for events), 09:00 – 17:30.

 đŸ”§ Your Role

Rygor Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our marketing team as a full-time Marketing Executive. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments across creative, strategy, planning, marketing, design, development, and production to formulate and brief to deliver successful campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns align with our brand CI guidelines and support the achievement of key internal goals and strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and make a measurable impact within the company.

Working as part of the marketing department, you’ll be encouraged and required to be proactive and innovative in all that you do and bring new ideas to the table. Excellent communication and IT skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in an organised manner under pressure and strict deadlines.

 Day to day you will:

  •  Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns. Utilise both inbound and outbound strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects for all divisions.
  • Assist in planning and of oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media (paid and organic), PPC). Regularly monitor performance and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Work in parallel with the Marketing Executive – Content to ensure a cohesive approach on social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and proactive engagement to build the brand and drive traffic.
  • Help organise and promote events. Assist with event logistics and post-event follow-ups to maximise lead generation.
  • Analyse campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimise future campaigns.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs and ensure the company’s messaging stays relevant and competitive.
  • Monitor website traffic and SEO performance. Work to improve site visibility and ensure that the website converts visitors into qualified leads.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand by ensuring all marketing activities, messaging, and materials are consistent and aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Assist with the maintenance and expansion of company websites, ensuring pages are accurate, clear and engaging.

This role will be a great fit for you if:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience producing blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media content. Able to create compelling, audience-tailored messaging for various marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Experience with both inbound (content, social media) and outbound (email, PPC) marketing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. Ability to pivot strategies based on market conditions or changing business needs.
  • You should be someone who thrives on taking initiative and getting things done, even if it means rolling up your sleeves for tasks outside your usual scope.
