🔧 Your Role
At Rygor, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team at our site in Nuneaton.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who is able to approach the role with a commercial mindset.
Day to day, you will be:
- Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their part needs
- Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road
- Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
- Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
