



John Keogh – Managing Director
John started his impressive career in the motor industry in a technical role, developing through the sector into sales positions and becoming Rygor Sales Director in 2013. This holistic experience of the field allows him to truly understand the needs of customers and the requirements and opportunities of the industry. John became a joint owner of Rygor in 2021, and then along with Rish, underwent a management buyout of the company in 2022.
Rish Channa – Commercial Director
Rish joined Rygor on the Mercedes-Benz Truck Sales trainee programme in 2012 and right from the outset, demonstrated a passion and talent for the industry. After more than a decade in the business, creating brilliant working relationships with our customers, Rish was part of the management buyout in 2022, becoming the joint owner of Rygor Group with John.
Mark Turnham – Sales Director
Mr Turnham joins Rygor from Hitachi Construction Machinery UK, where he built an impressive record in sales leadership and strategic business growth. Through Rygor Plant, he will work closely with the Hyundai Construction Equipment team, to build on the strong foundations that have already been put in place, to help deliver innovative solutions and outstanding value to customers.
Sean Joyce – Aftersales Director
Sean joined the Rygor business as a technician nearly 20 years ago and has worked his way up through the Group, developing his knowledge and leadership skills to driving the aftersales side of Rygor Auto forward. Sean inspires those around him to succeed and supports his team to be the best they can be, by promoting an employee-centric company culture, delivering the highest levels of quality and customer service.
Kate Ruberry-Shoemack – People & Culture Director
Kate has been with the Rygor business for a decade, developing the Group’s company culture into the Great Place to Work™ that it is today. With extensive experience in internal communications, as well as people relations, Kate and her team work to create a rewarding, reliable and respectful business, which is both employee-centric and commercial minded. Through award-winning internal communications, reward and recognition and employee engagement, the Rygor business was listed as a UK Best Workplace in 2023.

Rajesh Sharma - Non-Exec Director
Rajesh is an international tax specialist and former chairman of the International Tax Committee of Nexia International and supports the Rygor Board in the position of a non-executive director. Rajesh brings with him a wealth of experience in international tax law and accountancy, having previously worked in the international tax practices of both Deloitte and Grant Thornton, and additionally as a partner in the international tax team at Evelyn Partners (formally Smith & Williamson) a leading firm of accountants and wealth managers in the UK.
