Rygor Land Systems, part of the multi-franchise vehicle group Rygor Group Ltd., is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Silver Award in the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme.
This prestigious recognition reflects Rygor Land Systems’ ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community, including veterans, reservists, and military families. The Silver Award is presented to businesses that demonstrate exemplary efforts in advocating for defence personnel and actively enabling policies that support their integration into civilian careers.
Rygor Land Systems, which launched in 2024 to meet the evolving automotive needs of the Military, Government, and Defence sectors, has shown consistent dedication to the Armed Forces both through its operations and its external support.
Throughout 2025, Rygor team members are fundraising in support of military charity, SSAFA and the business continues to proudly sponsor Army Sport, recognising the invaluable role it plays in the lives of serving Army personnel and its strong alignment with Rygor’s own values of teamwork, resilience, and excellence.
As part of this ongoing commitment, Team Rygor took part in the Army Sixes tournament on June 25, further strengthening the company’s hands-on involvement with Army Sport. The team looks forward to continuing its support in this dynamic and engaging way.
Greg Victor, head of sales at Rygor Land Systems, said: “Having been in the military myself, I fully understand the challenges of joining a civilian workforce on leaving the military. It is a proud moment for me to see Rygor achieve the silver award, recognising us as an employer which is leading the way in delivering fair opportunities and meaningful support for military-connected individuals.”
Rish Channa, commercial director at Rygor Land Systems, said: “This award is a real honour and a testament to our team’s commitment to recognising the valuable skills and experiences of those connected to the Armed Forces. We are proud to support service personnel through our charity work and employment practices.”
