Rygor Group Celebrates Fifth Consecutive Year of Great Place to Work® Certification

Rygor Group has once again been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®, achieving certification for the fifth consecutive year.

The certification follows the company’s participation in the national survey, which gathers feedback directly from employees across the business and measures workplace culture, trust, engagement and employee experience.

The latest results highlighted an increase in scores in more than 50 statement areas demonstrating Rygor’s continued commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment. One of the strongest increases was a 9.2% increase in the statement, “Management has a clear view of where the organisation is going and how to get there.” This is especially prevalent following the Rygor Roadshows which took place across the business this summer. The company also recorded a notable increase in colleagues agreeing that “People look forward to coming to work here.” The results reflect consistently high levels of colleague engagement and satisfaction across the business.

John Keogh, managing director of Rygor Group, said: “To achieve Great Place to Work® Certification for a fifth consecutive year is a fantastic accomplishment and one that reflects the culture our team has built together. At Rygor, we firmly believe that when we invest in our people, support their development and listen to their feedback, our business becomes stronger. I am incredibly proud of Team Rygor and grateful for the commitment, professionalism and dedication they demonstrate every day. This certification reinforces our commitment to being a rewarding, reliable and respectful place to work, while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our customers.”

Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, director of people & communications at Rygor Group, said: “This recognition belongs to every member of Team Rygor, whose hard work, dedication and feedback continue to shape our culture and make Rygor a fantastic place to work. Whilst we celebrate this achievement, and the success of our internal Rygor Roadshows this summer, we remain committed to listening to our team, reviewing the feedback in detail and continuing to improve the experience we offer across every part of the business.”

Rygor Group employs 600 people across the UK and continues to invest in employee development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, leadership programmes, apprenticeships and colleague engagement initiatives. Over the past year, the business has continued to strengthen its commitment to creating opportunities for career progression while maintaining a culture built on its core values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful.

The achievement reinforces Rygor’s position as one of the UK’s leading automotive employers and demonstrates the organisation’s ongoing focus on ensuring its people remain at the heart of its success.
